Galab Spasov Donev (Bulgarian: Гълъб Спасов Донев; born 28 February 1967) is a Bulgarian politician who served as the caretaker Prime Minister of Bulgaria from 2 August 2022 to 6 June 2023. He is the longest-serving caretaker prime minister in Bulgaria's history to date.

Galab Donev is a Bulgarian politician and lawyer who has held various positions in the ministries of labour and social policy, defence and caretaker governments. He was appointed Chief of Cabinet to President Rumen Radev in July 2023.

The caretaker government will run the country until snap elections in October amid the Russian crisis and high inflation.
