Meral Akşener (d. 8 Temmuz 1956, İzmit), Türk tarihçi, akademisyen ve siyasetçidir. İstanbul Üniversitesi Edebiyat Fakültesi Tarih Bölümü mezunudur, yüksek lisans, ardından doktora yaparak "tarih doktoru" unvanını almıştır.
