Count Eduard Clam-Gallas (14 March 1805 – 17 March 1891) was an Austrian general. He was the eldest son of Count Christian Christoph Clam-Gallas (1771–1838), patron of Beethoven, and Countess Josephine Clary-Aldringen (1777–1828).

Parte dell’esercito, sotto il comando di Eduard Franz von Lichtenstein, aveva già passato il fiume a Vigevano e si dirigeva a Magenta per unirsi a Eduard Clam Gallas. Pensavano che i franco-piemontesi li avrebbero attaccati lì oppure nei pressi di Vigevano.
