Dame Rosalie Winterton, DBE (born 10 August 1958) is a British Labour Party politician who has been the Member of Parliament (MP) for Doncaster Central since 1997. In June 2017, Winterton became one of three Deputy Speakers in the House of Commons.

She attended Doncaster Grammar School and Hull University, where she received a BA Hons in History. Rosie was Head of Office for John Prescott MP, Deputy Leader of the Labour Party from 1994-97.
