Gunilla Bielke; Swedish: Gunilla Johansdotter Bielke af Åkerö (25 June 1568 – 19 July 1597) was Queen of Sweden as the second wife of King John III. Queen Gunilla is acknowledged to have acted as the political adviser to John III and to have influenced his religious policies in favour of Protestantism.

A strict protestant, she made her husband’s interest in Catholicism fade away, which in turn affected his political views.

Gunilla Bielke, f 25 juni 1568, d 25 juni 1597 på Bråborg, Dagsberg (Ög), begr 21 jan 1598 i Gustavianska gravkoret i Uppsala domkyrka. Föräldrar: ståth o riksrådet Johan Axelsson Bielke o Margareta Posse. Krönt till drottning av Sverige i Västerås 22 febr 85.
