Jean Dausset (Tolosa, 19 ottobre 1916 – Palma di Maiorca, 6 giugno 2009) è stato un fisiologo e immunologo francese naturalizzato statunitense, premio Nobel per la medicina nel 1980, insieme a Baruj Benacerraf e George Davis Snell, per la scoperta del complesso maggiore di istocompatibilità.
Jean-Baptiste-Gabriel-Joachim Dausset (19 October 1916 – 6 June 2009) was a French immunologist born in Toulouse, France. Dausset received the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine in 1980 along with Baruj Benacerraf and George Davis Snell for their discovery and characterisation of the genes making the major histocompatibility complex.

Nommé successivement Professeur agrégé (1958) puis Professeur d’Immuno-Hématologie à la Faculté de Médecine de Paris (1968), il accède en 1977 à la chaire de Médecine expérimentale du Collège de France. Il est décédé le 6 juin 2009.
