Coming Up Rosie was a Canadian children's sitcom TV series on CBC Television, aired for three seasons from 1975–1978. Premise. The show focused on a group of tenants in an office building located at 99 Sumach Street, Toronto. Rosemary Radcliffe played the title character, aspiring Canadian documentary film-maker Rosie Tucker. [2]

32 x 30 minute episodes. Rosie Tucker (Rosemary Radcliffe) has just graduated from a motion picture school, applied for a government Local Initiatives Program (LIP) grant and set out to make great Canadian documentaries with her company, Zonk Productions.
Rosie, founder of Zonk Productions, a low-budget film production service. Rosie's partner, an English actor named Dudley, joins her in her often afoul projects. This situation comedy, produced for children, portrays the misadventures of offbeat tenants in an office building.
