He was the son of the painter Christian Krohg and studied under him at the Académie Colarossi (1903–07) in Paris.

23 ago 2018 · Ad Arnstein Arneberg toccò persino il ruolo di recensirsi la sua opera in patria, visto che i giornali locali si occuparono più del fatto che l’imponente dipinto della sala era opera del pittore Per Krohg (un allievo di Matisse) e che il tutto fosse un costoso dono alla nazione da parte dell’ONU.
Pittore norvegese (Aasgaardstrand 1889 - Oslo 1965), figlio di Christian. Studiò a Parigi con H. Matisse. Fu decoratore e narratore vivace (affreschi della scuola marinara presso Oslo, 1924; modelli di costumi per teatro, ecc.).
