Sylvi Kekkonen (née Uino; 12 March 1900 — 2 December 1974) was a Finnish writer and the longest-serving First Lady of Finland.

Sylvi Kekkonen was deeply interested in literature; she made her home the venue for a literary circle and herself developed a talent for small-scale literature. She published her first work, a collection of aphorisms entitled Kiteitä ('Crystals'), in 1949.
Sylvi Kekkonen later became a writer. Kekkonen’s doctoral dissertation, completed in 1936, dealt with municipal suffrage under Finnish law. His ideological roots lay in the nationalistic student politics of the newly independent Finland.
Työura. Lakitieteen ylioppilaana ja varatuomarina Urho Kekkonen työskenteli Etsivässä keskuspoliisissa, jossa hän perehtyi kommunisminvastaiseen toimintaan. Sieltä hän löysi puolisokseen konekirjoittajana toimineen Sylvi Uinon , joka oli kotoisin Pieksämäeltä, sivistynyt ja älykäs papin tytär.
Häneltä on ilmestynyt Sylvi Kekkosen elämästä kertova romaani Ensimmäinen nainen. Vaikka kyse on kaunokirjasta, teos perustuu todellisiin tapahtumiin ja huolelliseen taustatyöhön. Se sai Venhon näkemään Sylvin uudella tavalla.
