Cincinnatus Heine Miller (/ ˌ s ɪ n s ɪ ˈ n eɪ t ə s ˈ h aɪ n ə /; September 8, 1837 – February 17, 1913), better known by his pen name Joaquin Miller (/ hw ɑː ˈ k iː n /), was an American poet, author, and frontiersman.
