John Anders Stephan Apelgren, född 12 november 1954 i Gislaved, är en svensk regissör, manusförfattare och ljudtekniker. Apelgren började artistkarriären som musiker, men ändrade inriktning och studerade vid Dramatiska Institutets ljudlinje 1984–1987.
