Stephen Nathan Kinnock (born 1 January 1970) is a British politician serving as Member of Parliament (MP) for Aberavon since 2015. A member of the Labour Party, he has been Shadow Minister for Immigration since 2022.

Thorning-Schmidt married Welsh politician Stephen Kinnock in 1996, becoming the daughter-in-law of Neil Kinnock, former Leader of the Opposition and leader of the British Labour Party and European Commissioner, and Glenys Kinnock, former British Minister for Europe.
I was proud to be elected MP for Aberavon in 2015 and have made my home in Baglan. Since my election I’ve been a highly visible MP, taking part in community activities like the Neath Port Talbot Hospital Fete, Aberavon Beach Festival, Baglan Summer Fete, the Beast of Bryn, Cwmafan Fest, and the River Afan Festival.
Stephen Kinnock is Chair of the All Party Parliamentary Group on Electoral Campaigning Transparency; Reuniting Britain post Brexit; Steel and Metal Related Industries; the UK Shared Prosperity Fund; and Denmark.
Stephen Kinnock is no longer a Member, but was most recently the Labour MP for Aberavon, and left the Commons on 30 May 2024.
