Trama. Il documentario racconta la rivoluzione dello skateboard, avvenuta a Dogtown, degradato quartiere tra Santa Monica e Venice. Tutto iniziò nel negozio di surf gestito da Jeff Ho, Skip Engblom e Craig Stecyk. È lì che si formò lo Zephyr Skating Team e nacquero gli Z-Boys.
