Charles John Robert Manners, 10th Duke of Rutland, CBE, JP, DL (28 May 1919 – 4 January 1999), styled Marquess of Granby until 1940, was a British peer and landowner. Biography. He was the son of John Manners, 9th Duke of Rutland, by his wife Kathleen Tennant, granddaughter of Sir Charles Tennant, 1st Baronet.

Biographie. Il est le fils de John Manners ( 9e duc de Rutland), et de son épouse Kathleen Tennant, petite-fille de Charles Tennant, 1er baronnet. Il fait ses études au Collège d'Eton et au Trinity College, Cambridge 1. C'est un frère cadet d'Ursula d'Abo.
