Il presidente del Consiglio regionale della Normandia è il capo dell'esecutivo della regione Normandia. Prima dell'entrata in vigore della Legge sulla nuova organizzazione territoriale della Repubblica dal 1974 al 2015 le sue funzioni erano esercitate da due presidenti, uno per la Bassa Normandia e uno per l'Alta Normandia.

He was a son of Count Guillaume d'Ornano, a co-founder of Lancôme in 1935 (which was acquired by L'Oreal in 1964). His younger brother was Count Hubert d'Ornano. [1]
