Pendyala Nageswara Rao (6 March 1917 – 31 August 1984), known mononymously by his surname Pendyala, was an Indian composer, multi-instrumentalist, conductor, music producer known for his works predominantly in Telugu cinema along with Tamil and Kannada films.

సినీ జీవితం. పెండ్యాల ప్రతిభని పసిగట్టిన గాలిపెంచల నరసింహారావు మాయలోకం (1945) చిత్రానికి హార్మోనిస్టుగా పిలిస్తే, దుక్కిపాటి మధుసూదనరావుగారి సలహాతో పెండ్యాల తిరిగి సినిమారంగానికి వచ్చారు. గృహప్రవేశం (1946) చిత్రనిర్మాణానికి సారథ్యం వహించిన కె.ఎస్.ప్రకాశరావు పెండ్యాలకి సహాయ సంగీతదర్శకుడి స్థానం ఇచ్చారు.
