Charlie Walker - Home. Charlie Walker is an explorer, writer and public speaker from the UK. He specialises in long distance, human-powered expeditions to develop an intimate understanding of the world’s most remote communities.
The Charlie Waller Trust was created by the Waller family in 1997 in response to the loss of their son and brother Charlie to suicide having suffered from depression. We have since become one of the UK’s most respected mental health charities.
The charitable activity of the Charlie Waller Trust: mental health training, information and resources, policy guidance and templates, online learning materials including video sessions, webinars and podcast interviews.

43,000 miles by bicycle - Charlie Walker. 4- year bicycle tour. In 2010 Charlie set out on a bicycle journey that was to last over 4 years and cover 43,000+ miles through 60 countries. This was his first long journey. He was young and naive but propelled by curiosity and wanderlust.
