Fort de la Goulette, Karraka, is a historic fort located in the port of Tunis, the capital of Tunisia. It was built in 1535 AD by Charles I of Spain but was captured later by the Ottomans in 1574 AD.

13 nov 2023 · Goulette could be considered a village. On the way from the train to the beach, you can visit Fort de la Goulette (Karraka) which is close by, and the Mosquée Abu Bakr As-Siddiq – جامع أبو بكر الصديق. When I reached the beach it was very calm, and not crowded at all.
