Monica Brant (born October 26, 1970) is an IFBB professional figure competitor and a former fitness competitor. Brant won the 1998 Ms. Fitness Olympia. She first appeared on the cover of Muscle & Fitness in November 1994 and has, according to her website, appeared on over 100 international magazine covers.

Monica is a fan of many types of training (not only for herself but also her clients) and has kept sprints in her program for 25 years which led her to purchase some spikes and train competitively in the USATF Master's program where she earned ‘All American Awards’ and top 3 spots of her age group in the USA for all 3 of her favorite races; 100m, 200m and 400m (running 12.61, 26.02, 59.76).
