Charles Marc Hervé Perceval Leclerc (French pronunciation: [ʃaʁl ləklɛʁ]; born 16 October 1997) is a Monégasque racing driver, currently racing in Formula One for Scuderia Ferrari. He won the GP3 Series championship in 2016 and the FIA Formula 2 Championship in 2017.

With three wins, 11 podiums and nine pole positions, he was the only man able to consistently take the fight to champion Max Verstappen - a feat he and the Scuderia were sadly unable to repeat in 2023.

Nel 2014 debutta in monoposto con il team Fortec Motorsport, con il quale è vicecampione del campionato Formula Renaults ALPS. Primo dei rookie all’esordio in Formula 3, dove è approdato nel 2015 con il team Van Amersfoort Racing finendo quarto in classifica.
