Dead Space: Aftermath is a full-length animation feature released on January 24, 2011. Comprised of both 3D and 2D animation (the latter in a similar style to Dead Space: Downfall), the film explains the truth behind the events that happen directly after the events of Dead Space.
Trama: Tratto dalla celebre saga videoludica, questo film si colloca temporalmente dopo Dead Space e prima di Dead Space 2. Siamo nel 2509, e seguiamo pertanto la storia di quattro sopravvissuti della USG O'Bannon, una nave mandata su Aegis 7 per recuperare i frammenti del Marchio, distrutto da Isaac.
