John VI of Anhalt-Zerbst (Zerbst, 24 March 1621 – Zerbst, 4 July 1667), was a German prince of the House of Ascania and ruler of the Principality of Anhalt-Zerbst. He was the only son of Rudolph, Prince of Anhalt-Zerbst, by his second wife Magdalene, daughter of John VII, Count of Oldenburg.

Giovanni Luigi II di Anhalt-Zerbst (Dornburg, 23 giugno 1688 – Zerbst, 5 novembre 1746) è stato il figlio maggiore di Giovanni Luigi I di Anhalt-Zerbst e di sua moglie, Cristina di Zeutsch (1666-1699). Fu Principe di Anhalt-Zerbst dal 1742 fino alla sua morte. Dal 1720 risiedette a Jever.
Johann Ludwig II, Prince of Anhalt-Zerbst (23 June 1688, in Dornburg – 5 November 1746, in Zerbst), was a German prince of the House of Ascania and ruler of the principality of Anhalt-Dornburg. After 1742 he became ruler over the principality of Anhalt-Zerbst.
The last prince of the original line of Anhalt-Bernburg died in 1468 and his lands were inherited by the princes of the sole remaining line, that of Anhalt-Zerbst. The territory belonging to this branch of the family had been divided in 1396, and after the acquisition of Bernburg Prince George I made a further partition of Zerbst (Zerbst and Dessau).
