The internationalisation of studies is a current and also important topic of our university. This involves the university's partnerships abroad, which are to be expanded and intensified. But also the number of students who come to us from all over the world - whether for language courses, partial or full-time studies - has increased significantly.
National and international networking. The Technische Universität Ilmenau is an active partner in the scientific-technological and economic promotion of the Ilmenau Technological Development Area. In addition to this, it seeks to gain a wider reputation on both a national and international scale.
