  1. Henry Grey, 1st Duke of Kent, KG, PC (1671 – 5 June 1740) was a British politician and courtier. None of his sons outlived him, so his new title became extinct on his death. Though the house he built at Wrest Park in Bedfordshire has gone, parts of his very grand garden have survived relatively untouched.

  4. 10 apr 2024 · Henry Grey, duke of Suffolk was the father of Lady Jane Grey. His opposition to Queen Mary I of England and his role in Sir Thomas Wyatt’s rebellion led to his execution. The son of Thomas Grey, 2nd marquess of Dorset, he succeeded to the marquessate in 1530 and, in 1534, with the approval of King.
