Accueil. •. Qui sommes-nous ? Calmann-Lévy, éditeur depuis 1836. À l’origine de la maison, un petit cabinet de lecture ouvert rue Marie-Stuart en 1836, sous la direction de Simon Lévy et de son fils Michel. C’est ce cabinet qui donnera naissance à la Librairie Michel Lévy frères.
Nel 1861 fu ristampato da Michel Lévy frères. Fu ristampato più volte da questo editore, in particolare nel 1869 con un'illustrazione in frontespizio [7] . Nel 1909, una ristampa di Calmann-Lévy beneficiò di illustrazioni di Lobel-Riche [8] .
