After “Bykhov's sitting”, on November 19, 1917, he was released on the orders of Dukhonin and went to the Don. Anton Ivanovich Denikin was a general who led the anti-Bolshevik (“White”) forces on the southern front during the Russian Civil War (1918–20). A professional in the Imperial Russian Army, Denikin served in the Russo-Japanese War (1904–05) and in World War I (1914–16).
