Leæther Strip is a Danish musical project founded on 13 January 1988 by Claus Larsen. Its influence has been most felt in the electronic body music and electro-industrial [2] genres. Leæther Strip was one of the earliest and most prominent acts on Germany's now defunct Zoth Ommog record label.

Leæther Strip is the work of Danish electronic artist Claus Larsen. Discovered by the German techno artist and producer Talla 2XLC alias Andreas Tomalla of Bigod 20, Leæther Strip quickly built a buzz as one of the young EBM / Industrial acts in Europe in the early 90's.
