Mais c'est un trompe-l'oeil (et l'oreille) : la joie de cette chanson-là n'explose en effet qu'à la toute fin du film, après une heure et demie d'un tango triste à Buenos Aires (...) esquisse d'un road-movie gay, errance à deux qui rappelle furtivement le Wenders des années 70.
