Andy Secombe (født 26. april 1953 i Wales) er en britisk skuespiller og forfatter. Han hadde rollen som «Watto» i Star Wars Episode I og II , og har også bidratt med stemmen på flere Star Wars-videospill, blant annet Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords .
