  1. Our Sydney campus is the home of our Higher Education & Vocational courses and is located on Anzac Parade in Kensington. It offers state-of-the-art theatres and learning spaces. We also welcome hundreds of children, young people and adults to short courses through NIDA Open, and professionals from a wide range of industries into our Corporate.

  2. The course is delivered at NIDA’s Sydney campus. Term 1 Monday 30 January – Thursday 6 April. Term 2 Wednesday 26 April – Friday 30 June. Term 3 Monday 17 July – Friday 6 October. Classes are scheduled 4 days per week, 9am–5pm. The scheduling and delivery of this course each year is subject to minimum enrolment numbers.

  3. All NIDA Master of Fine Arts courses, except for Cultural Leadership, are 18-month full-time courses. 2025 Semester Dates. Semester 1: 10 February – 20 June 2025. Welcome Week: 3 – 7 February 2025 (First years & MFA only) BFA Term 1: 10 February – 11 April 2025. Mid-semester break : 14 – 25 April 2025.

  6. NIDA welcomes applications from international students for enrolment in Bachelor of Fine Arts and Master of Fine Arts courses. International applicants are required to attend an audition or interview in Australia, although for non-Acting courses a video interview option may be available.   7. Round One: Online application and audition video consisting of two monologues. Round Two: Recall audition which will take place in person at applicant’s nearest Australian capital city. Actor stream applicants will be asked to present a third piece, whereas Singing Actor stream applicants will be asked to present a song.
