Streitenfeld has composed the music for many high-profile Hollywood features as well as critically acclaimed independent films, including American Gangster, Body of Lies, The Grey, Prometheus, Poltergeist and All I See Is You.
Born in Munich, West Germany in 1974, Marc Streitenfeld is a film composer known for his many collaborations with director Ridley Scott. His often suspenseful orchestral scores can be heard in movies such as the 2010 version of Robin Hood starring Russell Crowe, 2012's Prometheus, and the 2015 remake of Poltergeist.
