The Dark Arena features an altar in the center of the island. This altar can be used to spawn Darkbeard by holding out the Fist of Darkness and walking into it. Once spawned, Darkbeard will appear on the altar. It is worth noting that the Dark Arena does not have a spawn NPC but you can spawn Darkbeard from the altar.
