The Welsh actor has had a long acting career appearing in series such as Dangerfield, Ballykissangel, The Thin Blue Line, the long-running Belonging, and later Spooks and Murphy's Law.
Played by Owen Teale Master-at-arms of Castle Black, it is his job to turn the undisciplined and obstinate recruits into rangers of the Night's Watch. He resents Jon Snow.
