Trama. Nel 1969 il prete cattolico Daniel Flynn, la cantante Darlene Sweet, il venditore Laramie Seymour Sullivan e la hippie Emily Summerspring arrivano all'hotel El Royale, dove incontrano l'unico impiegato, Miles Miller.
