He gives people just enough reasons to tolerate his asshole-ishness. This Carl Mørck is a misanthropic, humourless asshole and, even in his most shining moments, a half decent investigator at best and an inept detective most of the time. An asshole without any redeeming features to speak of is just an asshole. Mads Ej ★★★.
