Gary Daniels is Forced to Fight to pay off his brother's debts to an underground fight promoter, played by Peter Weller, who chews up so much scenery there is barely any movie left over. Daniels still looked very good in his mid-40s and could still mostly hit the high kicks and Weller's OTT performance was awesome, but most of the rest of the movie was pretty bland.

He gets beat up, and his brother (Gary Daniels) steps up to fight and earn the money... but getting in is a lot easier than getting out. There is not a whole lot about this film that makes sense.
