Voices from Chernobyl (French: La supplication) is a 2016 Luxembourgian documentary film directed by Pol Cruchten. It was selected as the Luxembourgian entry for the Best Foreign Language Film at the 89th Academy Awards but it was not nominated.
They tell of their old daily lives, then of the catastrophe. Their voices form a long, terrible but necessary supplication which traverses borders and stimulates us to question our status quo.
