F.A. Brabec si pro svůj film Bolero vybral skutečné události z 80. let, a pokusil se je převést na filmové plátno. Nutno podotknout, že i přes velmi pomalé tempo (které je F.A. Brabcovi vlastní) se mu to docela povedlo, a určitě se nudit nebudete. Na druhou stranu film nepřináší nic extra, co bychom nikdy neviděli.
