Welcome to Uffculme Primary School On behalf of the children, staff and Governors, we would like to welcome you to Uffculme Primary School. In July 2013, the school became part of Uffculme Academy Trust, in partnership with Uffculme School, an outstanding secondary school with some of the highest academic results in the country.
At Uffculme School we take our duty to safeguard and promote the welfare of children extremely seriously. Our Designated Safeguarding Lead is Mr Chris Lepper. Our Deputy Designated Safeguarding Leads are Mrs Rosemary Alford, Ms Stephanie Hammond, Miss Katie Francombe, Mrs Laura Jenkins, Mrs Julie Parkhouse, Mrs Lyndsey Poortman and Mrs Kate Reed.

High ability students have always achieved well at Uffculme School, but in order to inspire and motivate our very top students, we initiated our 'Aspire' programme in 2013. Students in Years 7-9 are selected to be part of this programme on the basis of their prior attainment as this is a very good predictor of future success.
