20 apr 2010 · Frontier Circus was shown here in England from 1961 to 1962 on BBC television. But sadly back then I never got to see a complete episode because I was seven years old and was packed off to bed each week before it finished. So after 48 years it's good to finally see complete episodes.

Circus is a gigantic, black, rat-reptilian, hybrid-based monstrosity with four arms. Two of which are giant, skeleton-like arms with hands that have red eyes on them that stick out of its back; the other two are tiny rat arms located near its chest. It also possesses a long, curly, rat-like tail and gigantic reptilian-like feet.

Frontier Circus is an American Western television series about a traveling circus roaming the American West in the 1880s. Filmed by Revue Productions, the program aired on the CBS from October 5, 1961, until September 6, 1962.
Dr. Sam: Directed by John English. With Chill Wills, John Derek, Richard Jaeckel, Irene Dunne. The circus troupe turns on Casey Thompson when he dismisses the physician he has just hired, a Dr. Sam Applewhite, immediately after learning that "he" was actually a woman doctor.
Journey from Hannibal: Directed by Don Weis. With Chill Wills, John Derek, Richard Jaeckel, Thelma Ritter. Desperate to get an elephant, Casey Thompson travels far into the hinterlands to pick up a pachyderm he purchased from another wilderness circus went out of business.
