Sbuccia e affetta la cipolla, taglia quindi a listarelle la verdura cercando di mantenere le stesse dimensioni per ogni pezzo ( circa 3-4 mm di spessore ).

29 apr 2024 · Make the sauce: Heat the olive oil in a 12-inch (30-cm) oven-safe pan over medium-high heat. Sauté the onion, garlic, and bell peppers until soft, about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, then add the crushed tomatoes. Stir until the ingredients are fully incorporated. Remove from heat, then add the basil.

Refresh the oil if needed, then add the zucchini and yellow squash. Cook until they begin to brown and soften a bit. Transfer to the bowl with the eggplant.
Ratatouille di verdure 3. Nel frattempo lavate, pulite e tagliate le verdure; considerate che dovrete tagliarle tutte più o meno a cubetti. Pelate le carote, poi tagliatele a rondelle oppure se sono grandi prima a metà nel senso della lunghezza ed poi a spicchietti. Pulite i peperoni dai semi e dai filamenti e tagliateli a quadretti.
