William Gary Busey (/ bjuːsi /; født 29. juni 1944) er en amerikansk film- og tv-skuespiller. I 1978 blev Busey nomineret til en Oscar for bedste mandlige hovedrolle, for sin præstation i The Buddy Holly Story. I 1988 blev han kvæstet i en motorcykelulykke, efter at have kørt en motorcykel uden hjelm og lå i koma i fire uger. [1]
WILLIAM GARY BUSEY. In 1966, Gary Busey left Tulsa Oklahoma, to make it big as a singing drummer in Hollywood. The band acquired moderate success playing gigs along the Sunset Strip opening for Sly and the Family Stone and various other bands. His band, Carp, was signed to Epic Records and was given a moderate signing bonus to cut their album.
