French cinematographer Bruno Delbonnel had an exacting manner that extended to even his choices on which projects he would take on, keeping to a schedule of little more than a film project per year. Born in the late 1950s in the French town of Nancy, Delbonnel studied at the celebrated College of Cinematography in Paris.
