I guess you'll only really watch or enjoy this if you're a fan on some level of the formula 1 world, but learning about the history and evolution of pit stops in F1 is fascinating. I only wish this was a bit longer or had more footage going on, but this still does its job of making you appreciate an aspect of this world in a way you might not have before.
