"Miss Willoughby and The Haunted Bookshop" is on the level of a Hallmark TV mystery movie. The movie isn't completely awful and the scenery is pretty. The fatal flaw of this film is its predictability. If you enjoy mysteries that you can figure out in the first 20 minutes of the film, you will love this one. Otherwise, save your money ($5.99).
