Despite a charming voice cast and beautifully animated characters, The Tiger Who Came to Tea is exactly what you’d expect it would be - a cartoon adaptation of an extraordinarily simple pre-schooler book. A book which teaches the smallest of kids to read. Something that can take less than 5 minutes to read, even for someone as young as 4.
