A boy is fed up with his parents and the modern world and wishes that he were living in the time of pirates. He gets his wish by a genie played by Joe Turkel and he is instantly of aboard a ship with Blackbeard and his crew of idiots. Luckily one of the pirates is played by Timothy Carey, but the film just drags even at an 84 minute runtime.
