Rostrevor College opened in 1923 at Woodforde, a foothills Adelaide suburb, as an extension of Christian Brothers College (CBC) in Wakefield Street, Adelaide, that outgrown its ability to house boarding students. The Christian Brothers had bought the large portion of Rostrevor Estate in Magill.
Our Past. Rostrevor College is conducted by Edmund Rice Education Australia (EREA). It was established by the Christian Brothers in 1923 as an extension of the facilities offered at C.B.C. Wakefield Street. Rostrevor occupies a spacious 16 hectare site in the foothills of the Mount Lofty Ranges at Woodforde, nine kilometres from the city centre.
Rostrevor College offers extensive and valuable co-curricular opportunities to support the learning, wellbeing, and formation of all boys through their involvement in activities beyond curriculum. The College is currently accepting applications for Co-Curricular Coordinator - Junior Years to facilitate the Co-Curricular Program in 2024.
