5 lug 2023 · Joseph Edward “Joe Ed” Williams, age 92 of Frisco, Texas formerly of Cowan, passed away on Wednesday, July 5, 2023. He was born in Winchester on August 24, 1930, to the late Tally and Louise (Faris) Williams. Joe Ed served his country in the United States Air Force. He owned and operated a trucking company before becoming the Mayor of Cowan.
