The last dreamer is located in the Fog Canion, but you need either the Shade cloak from the Abyss or Isma's Tear from the Royal Waterways to reach the Dreamer there. Alrighty thanks for the help. I can't fight the Dreamer again. So I was in fight with the second phase of the final boss and wen't down a lot so I took a break. After a while I went to farm some scrap for buying Items to use in the fight against the Dreamer. The Problem now is that I can't enter the mirror again.
